c. Instamove inc. must adhere to the client’s schedule and deliver goods within the agreed-upon time frame. 

1. Cargo Insurance Policy:

a. Policy Statement: Instamove inc. provides cargo insurance to cover loss or damage to customers' belongings during transit.

b. Coverage Details: Our coverage protects against breakage, theft, fire, and accidents occurring during loading, unloading, and transportation. We offer compensation at three times the industry standard, which is typically $0.60 per pound, per item. Once a claim is successfully processed, we provide a payout of $1.80 per pound, per item.

c. Claim Process: Customers must report any damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery. Instamove inc. will investigate and process claims within a reasonable time frame.

2. Liability Coverage:

a. Instamove inc. maintains liability coverage for its employees involved in the moving process. All contractors will provide their own coverage.

b. The policy covers injuries to employees during work hours and ensures clients are not liable for accidental injuries.

c. In case of employee injury, a thorough investigation will be conducted, and the injured party will be compensated according to the policy terms.

3. Vehicle Insurance:

a. All company-owned vehicles used for moving services are insured to protect against accidents and property damage.

b. Insurance covers bodily injury, property damage, and collision, ensuring financial protection for Instamove inc. and its clients.

c. Regular vehicle maintenance and safety checks are mandatory to ensure continuous coverage.

4. Storage Facility Insurance:

a. Instamove inc. offers insurance for goods stored in its facilities.

b. Coverage includes fire, theft, and damage during storage, subject to specified conditions.

c. The storage facilities will implement security measures to minimize risks and maintain insurance coverage.

a. We carefully evaluate potential movers to ensure that they have the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications to perform their work to a high standard. We enter into a clear and concise contract with each mover, outlining the scope of work, what is expected, and payment terms. We regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our movers to ensure that they are meeting the required standards and delivering quality work.
